I faced the same problem on my FG but i got lucky.You might still have the chance to losen the screw but you need to apply localized heat to the area to approximately 250 °C(to melt the Loctite)....

When using silicone oil,regardless the steel sleeve and/or use of silicone sealant,the diff will leak like crazy because the diff's body is plastic and it tends to bend resulting a break on sealant...

For the transmitter pack , you should set the delta peak cut off to 10 mV and the charge current to 1.0 A(if you want a quick charge that is).It'll take about 130 min(completely discharged...

What kind of oil you've got ?
Zenoah engines need oils with sufficient lubricity beyond 14k RPM otherwise they can size in a blink of an eye :eek:
