sounds like a broken clutch spring take motor out and pull clutchbell off i bet thats the problem

well the wheels on the photos in my garage didnt work out due to lack of power from the tiawan .18 so i traded them to the neighbor for a set of dirt hawgs from proline as fas as fuel tank well mine...

yes thats a 2 speed hpi clutch bell that is the original tranny case with an hpi 86038 2 speed tranny kit installed its an hpi onroad setup but have had no problems with it shifting it runs good the...

lol naw i doubt that caused it looks like a metal problem to me probably in casting i dont know bout the new clutch bell i would install it see how it works just rotating by hand if ti feels smooth...

I will be replacing spur and pinion gears in buggy this week so ill take pictures of the way i have it assembled as i repair it so you guys whom are interested in the way i installed the hpi 2 speed...

hey check you glow plug mine did that i replaced glow plug made sure i had good charge on ignitor and it fired right up

LOL what a blast guys had mine out running like 5 min ago and tore out first gear must not have had mesh depth right i put those dirt hawg proline tires on and it has so much grip that at high speed...

LOL ok it looks discouraging yes i agree all i did was leave the one plastic spacer out and placed a small washer in it and it fit perfectly except the shaft was a little to long going to the front...

HPI 86038 is the setup i used but HPI A910 looka to also be possible i also found out that the teflon clutches stink original aluminum with traxxas spring works great

well Guys i replaced my transmission and clutchbell with an hpi 2 speed setup so far works great had to cut a little off the gear shaft and and adjust the spacing in my gear box but was pretty simple...

you know the funny thing is Popper the clutch bell is showing more wear than the clutches i honestly think the clutch will outlast the clutch bell and on this pull start thing wow my car is a week...

Hey hondaidiot i bought my himoto syclone about a week ago alot of fun 20 minutes after i got it out of box o broke the clutch spring. i replaced it with a HPI 87028 clutch assembly cost me 6 bucks...

I have a question where do they get 55 mph plus out of box ive tuned and tuned it runs pretty good idles well but Im nowhere near 50 mph. Im scared to death of jumping the thing or even putting it on...
