You are correct on the double bend in the brass tube it does help with friction and vibration

You can buy just the tool also. That's what I did and just used it in my drill

Ok guys thanks for all the help. Just finished up joes prop that came with the kit and waiting on one of marks 1440 to come in the mail and I will be ready to hit the water

If i measure from the header to the max diameter of the pipe its about 10 inches

Joe sorry I should have been more specific...my pipe length is 5 1/2 measured from glow plug to the widest part on the pipe.

My pipes at 5 1/2 inches. I understand a long pipe will have more torque and a shorter pipe will have more top end. What will the effects be if I cut to much off

just finished my jae .12G.has anybody put a traxxas 2.5 car engine a 12G yet? i got one laying around but i cant seem to find a flywheel and collet/coupler that will fit the "SG" shaft. does anyone...

cf 3-1/2 and a pt model 22-8. the good thing about cf spinners is they are easy to trim and if you want to order it through troy built they will custom cut it to fit both props you use. i have also...
