Mine came in over 13 lbs as well. Take-offs are not a problem with the Saito 1.5 (should be equivalent to the Ax 1.20), the landings are FAST though, head winds help greatly with slowing things down!

I used the rudder servo to drive the pull-pull set-up. I'll try to take some pics and post them. You can save a servo that way. There are some pics of this type of set-up earlier in the forum as well.

I have the same type of setup as you show. including the way you have the tail retract cylinder mounted. I also have a JMS door sequencer in there. I have a saito 1.5 on the front and needed 2 ounces...
