Cool plane! Does it really sit with the elevator on the runway like that? Doesn't that make taxiing and takeoff kinda hard?

How big is that fuel tank, and how much flight-time are you getting...

I'd suggest that you do away with the "taxi out" bit and just hand launch from the pits. It should run fine. :p
