The reason there are discrepancies in the Palmer plans is because there was a formula to follow for his work. Like if the is a bold line you measure from one specific edge not...

I did that on a Bearcat many years ago to get a 4 bladed prop and the two words of warning that were given to me(and no I didn't listen to them) was that the jig cut out weakens the blade...
