The area inside the red box ( clutch bell ) should turn free, inside the blue box area ( fly wheel ) should only turn when the engine is turned over or is running.

Well my X-Cellerator came today it looks good for the price. ($188 shipped from Tower Hobbies)
Now i just got to wait for it to warn back up and i can get it broke in.
Any thing i need to do...
