That is up to you and the buyer to decide, but it is generally accepted that the seller receives payment from the buyer before shipping the item.

When you posted your ad, you were prompted on Step 3 to state how many items you are selling. If you have more than one, you should set the Available Quantity to the correct number instead of 1. This...
