john, hands down, the OS 40 LA is a much better running engine out of the box than the 91FX. The only long term fix on the 91 FX is a remote needle valve, perry pump or cline regulator. I have only...

Things I tried,
new o'rings - good for approximately 2 hrs. use each change
coating the needle valve assy. with air seal - no change
bigger fuel line - no change
installing Perry pump - NO MORE...

After 6 o'rings and then going to a Perry pump I love it.
