thanks for the reply. The problem is that the upgrade bearing is different thant the stock one. From What I have figured out it goes in the other way ( based on the arrow pics) from the stock...

After a suspect OWB failure I bought the Upgrade one from my LHs. Now how in the heck does it go into the drive pully. Which way goes in. A rough diagram would really help guys ..
