Great looking plane! Good job on keeping the weight down, that is the trick with these. Now just practice the Northstar landing and you will be the star at your next float fly!

most guys add 16 oz or so. mine has about 12 oz

Mine falls within the weight on the plans, 6-7pounds. 8 pounds is not out of the range. With the GMS .47, it is a real speedster. It is the fastest one usually at our float fly. 8 pounds with the...

I have a .47 GMS on mine. I do not know what the wing wobble could be, unless you are approaching stall speed. If I ever would build another one, I would put a micro servo in the tank compartment...
