RE: Huey

Thanks for the info and the photo. I have already been working on designing a floor plate. As far as the spacers go all six are the same size in length which doesn't allow overlap on the ends for the...

RE: Huey

Helo,

I'm working on the same model I got from RCAerodyne only in the Trex 500 size. No instructions on how to mount the frame in the fuse. Can you tell me how you did it? I also have a Trex...

RE: AERODYNE/SCALEFLYING AH 64 BUILD

Has anyone had problems with RC Aerodyne? On July 5th I ordered a UH1 fuse for my Trex500 which was advertised with a free cockpit (pilots & instrument panel). I got the fuse without the free...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

Wow! I thought my last crash was bad. You must have went nose straight into the ground with full power. Or crashed at the zoo and an animal of some kind grabbed it. Hope you get it fixed soon.

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

I bought the Dubro 2 1/2". I found a piece of brass tubing and used it as a bushing. I cut it slightly longer than the width of the wheel and glued it flush on one side and the other side slightly...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

I bought the PNP version so I don't know the answer to the first part of your question. However, I just received two Flightmax 2200mah 3s 25C batteries two days ago and they came with the XT60...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

I bought the PNP version since I already had a DX7 for my helicopters. The Corsair is my first and only airplane so I'm not well versed in airplanes but I can tell you that it flys very well with...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

WOW! That was some cool video. FAA will want to review that one. What kind of cameras were you using on the planes? It's hard to tell from the video how extensive the damage was to the motor mount,...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

I have a DX7 and still use an old AR6000 (DSM only, not DSM2) in my Corsair and have no problems whatsoever.

RE: drops while hovering

The PWM setting has several selections in increments of numbers and at the bottom there is a Outrunner Mode and that's where I have it set since my motor is an outrunner. I see what you are saying...

RE: drops while hovering

I believe now that it's going to be my esc. I tried going back to the older firmware to reprogram my esc and now I can reset my throttle to linear and can start hovering for 5-10 seconds before it...

RE: drops while hovering

Ybenjulkay,
How long will your heli hover before it drops? How much throttle do you input to get it back to the altitude from where it dropped? Did you mean that your headspeed remained the same...

RE: drops while hovering

I really don't want to move stuff between my two Trex's because one is in a fuse with some different electrics. Checked the esc (which I don't use gov mode). In fact as mentioned, I replaced the esc...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

Jewfish,
These are my own findings. I currently use the stock 3blade but have used the MAS 10x7 as well. You can see the difference in power drain. I'll wait until I break my last two stock 3blade...

RE: Parkzone f4U Corsair Rtf

I thought it was funny when the guy got hit in the face with the Corsair. I didn't think it was funny when I hit my truck today. It was my first flight with the Turnigy 35-36C and I was not ready...
