How does weight impact drift performance?

I was just curious as to what your experience is. Does it depend on the surface/setup/wheels?

RE: Wheel offsets!

Your tires will be standard doesn't matter what offset if they're for 1/10 onroad they'll work. I'm not sure a 10mm offset on those slidemasters will be best on the tt01 I know that the 8.5mm...

RE: What type of Vehicle can handle speed better?

RE: tt-01 body sizes

THe best look in my opinion comes from a 200 mm body with 8.5 to 10mm offset wheels the problem here is that none of these companies do anything to help you pick offset wheels that match up...

RE: rc18 Diff Problem???

I think I'm ready to just give up on the brushless rc18. I can't seem to get it right. Is there another mini that can handle brushless or are they all pretty much just problematic. I wonder why one...

RE: New K12 Altezza Body...

Is that graphic a sticker or did you paint that on there? Very nice! I've been looking to find some graffiti stickers but I don't know where to get them.

RE: Bodys and rims

Personally I prefer the 200 mm bodies with the nice 8.5mm or 10mm offset wheels on my Tamiya. 8.5 mm offset is perfect for the HPI Greddy Z.

We should start a thread and dedicate it just to...

RC18T/MT/B Differentials DRIVE me Nuts! :)

So far it seems to me that one of the most performance critical elements of RC18's are the differentials. This is especially true when running brushless, but I can imagine it impacts performance to a...

RE: Which Lipo Pack

Ok I got my new differentials built, installed, and tested and it was a huge difference, the RC18MT with the stock gearing will certainly wheelie :) I think I could even tighten up the differentials...

RE: Which Lipo Pack

Ahh I don't have the castle link for setting up the mamba 25, so I haven't configured it. I'll have to get it and play around with it.

RE: Which Lipo Pack

Well I can't do a wheelie with it. Perhaps the differential is slipping. I have new stuff on the way maybe it will make a difference. Oh also an important detail I left out, I'm running 1/10 sedan...
