Spektrum dx9 betrayal!

I just lost my fifth aircraft to my dx9 transmitter! You would think I would know better. It just came back from a factory refurbish because of signal failures. has anyone else had this problem?

Have Lipo's changed? It seems like years ago getting a puffed battery was rare, now it seems like every LiPo puff's! After a couple of runs for flights...PUFF! This is true with high dollar LHS...
