I will guess that it is a regulator problem. You might try pulling the reg off and checking it for debris. Failing that, I guess the best approach is to send it in and let us take a look at it.

Will it stay running if you leave the glow plug ignitor connected?

The tank should have enough pressure to squirt fuel at least 2 or 3 feet. If it just dribbles out, there is a problem.

Is the check valve operating correctly? It sounds like the tank is not building pressure.
