brushless ecx torment keeps eating metal trans gears

the batteries say they do not ship with bullet connectors so i am guessing that i need the whole lead with connectors since there are no leads pictured with the battery

the springs on mine see way to soft and it bottoms out a lot i was thinking of trying some traxxas slash progressive rate springs because they are cheap does anyone know if they will work though

the switch has a button on it for setting the esc programming so its not just a regular switch.

3 wires correct but it is set up now like you said to where it powers on when the battery connects which is that part that makes setting up the radio difficult.

thanks for the replies are there any other upgrades i should do it. Previous owner upgraded the front hubs to aluminum but everything else is still plastic and stock i beleave.

from what I read the cause of the problem is the return spring is to stiff causeing it burn up the cheap sevos just stretch the spring to releave some of the tension and you should be golden
