The actual VOLUME of fuel our engines use is roughly the displacement/minute at full throttle. A 150cc engine at full throttle will pull fuel through 1/8" tubing at a rate of about 12"/sec.

The nice thing about those filter clunks is they will completely drain my fuel tank. If any gas is sloshing around in the tank and touches the felt, it is absorbed into the felt via capillary action...
