I just went after it with a 11 blade and it was like a rubber cement. Came right off. slid it out and put the new one in and put a drop of rubber cement on and was good to go.

I got a used mcx and the rudder doesn't work. The heli wants to spin to the right all the time. Sometimes fast and is very inconsistant. It will sometimes go slowly to the left then it goes back...

The holes look to be 4-40 but when I put a 4-40 bolt in there is still some play in the bolt even after going quit a ways in. I don't think I have any 5-40 bolts. Will check at the LHS but small...
