your flywheel is slipping... mine did the same thing.

The clutch nut had so much threadlock it was never able to be tightened down far enough...
remove the nut, flywheel and brass collet......

I think the 2.5 on the LSN is correct, but you can probably go lower than 4 on the HSN... You will need to adjust that one based on your environment... anywhere between 2 and 4 is acceptable.

I will come out and say that I like my Vulcan. I can't say it has been anywhere near perfect.

It was my first RTR and will probably be my last RTR.
In general it has a lot of good design...
