Used to see Krylon paint in aerosol tins in the local B&Q when I was in the UK. Try going on Google and asking for krylon paint uk'.

Got my SC at Xmas but haven't flown yet, busy clearing up after the winter and still waiting for it to stop raining!

Thanks Grandus worked fine eventually, wouldn't run in my CD drive but ran on the DVD, curious!.
Our annual 1 metre of snow has now almost gone after 10 days but power lines and phones are still...

Hi Grandus,

Yes, I bought it from the UK. Got it just before Christmas, haven't flown it yet but been busy making floats, taping wings. planning aluminium undercart etc.

I bought a Ansmann mains peak charger for battery packs from Tantronics by mail - cost about £15 I think if not less it also has a discharger function and it works fine, but do read the instructions

Seems like an interesting ides Citafly. Just a couple of questions, how do yoe mean "modify the receiver", how? and what sort of flight times do you get with this set up?

Mr Mugen, like the look of your set up. I see you use Futaba RX with Hitec servos. How does this set up compare to the standard kit set up and what ESC do you use ?

Thanks for your input. I will get a bunch of hours in with the SC(which is arriving next week) as is but, since it sounds quite a forgiving plane ,I do propose to experiment with floats sometime...

With respect to the breakage of props, has anyone tried converting a Super Cub from taildragger to trike? With or without steering. I was considering trying that after I have some hours with the SC...
