Pretty much all the popular brands offer a kit. Associated, HPI, Kyosho, Mugen, Ofna, etc... Just depends on what you want. Go to towerhobbies.com and look a nitro kits to get an idea.

To me, it sounds like it is idling a little on the low side? Maybe adjust the air gap a little bigger with the idle stop screw. I think all nitro's call for a 1mm gap but sometimes just a wee bit...

Sounds like the clutch shoes/springs are toast. Try to move the clutch bell with your fingers without the flywheel turning. If not, sounds like the clutch is poo!

My Savage 25 was like that. I leaned out the idle screw until it started and then adjusted from there. Make sure you have the 1mm gap on the idle stop too.
