The MOTOR function is the only one I found that...

The MOTOR function is the only one I found that would slow a channel down. Once I found this method and set it up on my flaps successfully, I quit looking.

Flyfast1: Just in case it makes a difference to you regarding the 8FG -There is a fairly simple way to put the flaps on a 3 position switch and use that throttle servo slow function to slow the flap...
