Plane has both flaps and ailerons. Flaps have a single servo mounted mid wing. I will check but should have the plans.

When you get the box of balsa and ply there will be additional info about floats. You can either go with Unionville or after market and both will work great. What about skis? Had a set of Dubro...

I have built both and currently flying the 6 foot. BOth are stand off scale and some say way off scale. They both build easy with a few little tricks needed but if you have built a couple of kits...
