I just went and read every thread on this post and by golly cactus, You are ablsolutely right! Out of all the posts currently in this thread I found 3 customers not happy with Rustys service....

I seriously have been holding my tongue on this matter but to see someone whose issue was resolved continue to flame someone is beyond my keeping quiet. And I am not here to take sides or dispute...
