well we need a timing thread, or mabye 2 stroke theory thread. a lot of stuff is happening all at once in these 2 strokes.

remember... the more material you remove from the sleeve and crank. the less case pressure you get.( less fuel flow to combustion chamber) so small amouts of material should be removed. ....

try to lean the LSN. 2 hours. make sure your idle screw is set right. oh, make sure to clear out the motor when you start it
