RE: Jetscream range < 50 feet

The rx wire already extends 5" past the tail of the plane and appears longer than the wire in my old Aero Ace Bipe which had much better range.

I'm using new 1.5 alkalines in the rx, not 1.2v...

RE: Jetscream range < 50 feet

Hi Chris,

I had to move the antenna wire (temporarily) when I changed the receiver's channel and didn't notice any problems so it's now back in it's original location. Maybe it's the TX acting...

Jetscream range < 50 feet

Is it just me or is the range on the Jetscream less than 50 feet? It flys okay when close, but it doesn't respond to input when it breaks the 50 foot radius. I had to climb two trees to get the...

RE: Mini-Telemaster with a few additions!!!

Hi Swoose,

I'm just finishing my Mini Telemaster and should be ready to fly mid February. I made many mods, as well. The whole fuse was basically scratch built from plans with sheeting on top,...

RE: Mini Telemaster instruction booklet

Hi David,

I'm building a mini-telemaster too, but I don't recall seeing CG location in the booklet; only on the plans itself. I'm away from home till Sunday, though I'll double check the...

RE: Any GP-07 owners?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the teflon disc is aligned on the very edge of a port in either direction; front or rear. Someone else mentioned that it would most likely be towards the rear...

RE: Wrist Pin orientation for Thunder Tiger Gp-07

The pin can only go in from one direction.

Ah, the piston is flat so the pad would go to the rear of the sleeve. The directions that came with the engine shows the pad towards the front...

Wrist Pin orientation for Thunder Tiger Gp-07

Hi Folks,

Anyone here know the orientation of the Gp-07 wrist-pin? One end has a white plastic tip and it should face either the front or rear of the cylinder but I can't tell which way because...

I'm a newbie so this is good to hear. It runs great and I'm looking forward to installing it in my mini-telemaster.

Thanks again!

RE: Any GP-07 owners?

I disassembled the engine last night and the connecting rod's fit actually seems fine at the wrist pin and at the crank so I think you're right. Only problem though is when I was removing the...

RE: Any GP-07 owners?

I first noticed the play/slop when engine is fully assembled and I'm turning the prop by hand as the piston reaches the "pinch." Also, when I'm starting the engine by flipping the prop, it sometimes...

Any GP-07 owners?

Quick question,

I purchased a Thunder Tiger GP-07 recently and noticed that it has a bit of play/slop on the connecting rod. Is this normal for this type of engine? It doesn't have a...
