Much Much different design and construction techniques. The Fusions represent the very latest in construction and assembly techniques.

Thanks Joe, you are right. Two different construction methods and the Fusion is the tops. Gear blocks go in foam and all sheeting with the ply fronts go over the top.

With all the talk on the new 125s I'd really love to hear some field reports on that engine. Just might be on my wish list in the future as well.:)

No, don't worry about these differences, they are very minor. Just give the whole core a light sanding prior to sheeting with the skins. Most use polyurethane glues such as Gorilla glue. These...
