Aluminum shocks are expensive... Just go big bore... Thats what everyone does and those are really the only good aluminum ones you can get. You could go integy. But theres no telling if you will get...

yeh always dreaming is right for the most part... The thing is that he cant run 3s with 5700 and a 3s on the 3500 will be wicked fast compared... I mean you will end up with the same heat problems...

No mroe snapped wheelie bars but more pack damage... Running that gearing on 9.6v and 8.4v is putting a whole lot of stress on the batteries... I didnt run that when I had 3s lipo... And my packs...

That is a good battery with an amazing price... Most 3000 packs sell for more than this... And trinity is a no joke company. IMO...

I would put an RPM bumper on it no matter what... The only reason I don't have one is because for a long time my truck was solely for the street... Now its broken so it doesnt matter whats on it...

How many have you broken? Are you breaking the shaft or the axle itself? And are your bearings still good? When I replaced my bearings I stopped breaking stubs... My old ones didnt spin too freely...

if your looking "DUB" then you need the H2. The tango can look slicker IMO... I have an H2 body on mine... You need to find a way to reinforce the mounting holes on it though... Mine went straight...

Well you really shouldnt be running 3s on the 6900 anyways... Just the high rpms alone will make it run really hot... Try taking your pinion down... 2 or 3 teeth probably. That should do fine on 2s...

Yes stingers are great motors. And for a 20t it is actually pretty fast and strong... It depends... The xl-5 comes with a 19t pinion and a 89t spur right? or 87? Either way it SHOULD be fine on that...
