i haven't ran the 33% yet on my engine that i have now. and when i took off the cooling head a couple days ago to clean it all out i didn't find a shim. should i have had one? and where can i get a...

i looked at the engine and it said it needs 5-30% nitro. and no less than 18% oil content. does that mean no traxxas 33% or does traxxas 33% have enough oil?
