The fuse I am talking about is inside, soldered between the 2 center jacks. You need to remove the 4 screws holding the top of the charger, lift the top up and you can see the fuse between the lugs...

Marcelo, check to see if the 10S has any continuity between the 2 center banana jack sockets on the front of the 10S. If there is no continuity, the fuse btweeen those 2 center sockets has blown. ...
