It sounds like your motor is probably shot. The brushes in these motors actually burn out pretty fast. It will still sound like it's working, but it's just not putting out the same power that it was...

The Gyro will only help with the left or right turning of the heli. It will not make any corrections to the tilt, fwd, backward, left or right. Make sure you have moved the battery far enough forward...

I have the HB FP and in the manual there are instructions on how to bend the blades to get them back in line. This should help the problem and even them out for you. Also if you have crashed at all...
