HMM I have a speed 300 here along with a 3 cell(11.1 volts) lipoly battery that weighs 63 grams and is good for 20+ amps. I wonder if the stock controller could handle 12+ volts on a full charge....

At most theres 3-4 people that fly at the field every weekend. I'm not sure what the deal is around here, guess it's just too expensive for these FL people?

Sounds like I'm fine. The entire module was changed, not the crystal...


On another note, I had already ordered crystals for channel 23(he told me it was 23 via email) but when I received it...

I just bought a used 10X and on the box it says channel 23, but the module reads channel 49. Will this be ok? I'm a little pist...

In another thread it seems someone is using the Lehner 1015, check the KV on it and maybe see if you can find out the gearing.

I fly these on my RC helicopters but it seems in the car world Lipolys are rarely used, ***? I'm thinking these cars can't pull over 10 amps so maybe 2s2p 680's...

Yes but the motor isn't a problem. When it goes I'd go brushless(mini-t video has me sold). I need to know the amps though so I can order the lipolys accordingly...can also damage them if you don't...

I had my shuttle RG w/OS 32 out yesterday doing loops and some inverted hovering for the first time (all other flight took place in my yard or with my Piccolo) the day ended with a crash as my motor...

Raptor 50 building question

I screwed my clutch on (hand tight) and then put a screw driver in the motor to hold the piston while I tightened the nut (not very tight all all) and used very little pressure...wood would work...
