Heck, 15 is giant scale to some, but I actively fly everything powered by a cox 020 on the low end (my own scratch built 1/2 size...

It doesnt "exclude" ANY small planes or engines! I guess Marc had to name the forum, and if he had to include 1/8A, 1/4A, 1/2A, small flyers, etc, etc it would have gotten too long.
