Canesugar - is that the Cox Tradewind? The foam one? We've found out that it's faster than our Fairwinds, and is probably faster than a Soling 1-meter, but the guy sailing the Soling concentrates...

EC12's rule! At least in weedy ponds. I sailed my dad's Laser yesterday for a couple hours in 10-15 mph breezes. 2 tacks - clear weeds. Still fun, though.

I think we've got like half a dozen Fairwinds in the club. They're fun to race against each other and have no obvious shortcomings. Build it to the light end of the range then add weight 'till it...
