RE: I've got that RC itch...

e-savage is well within your price range(240 at amain), its the savage flux that costs so much.

If it was me i would get the e-savage. I much prefer 4wd and the extra size in bashing is...

RE: Savage X vs Revo 3.3 (2009 model)

my take on it.

Personally i dont really like the revo. Its an alright truck, but i think the design is overly complex and sort of difficult to work on. I dont feel it is as durable as the...

RE: Another truck for me.... Electric Conversion Done!

hm.. i suspect it would be easier to mount a center diff, it just needs 4 mounting points on a flat surface. On an electric where you dont need extra gears a transmission complicates things imo. ...

RE: Another truck for me.... Electric Conversion Done!

id just get a center diff from an 1/8 scale truggy. Should be cheaper and easier to mount.

I would def go brushless, you can get an ezrun or hobby king for as much as you would spend on a...

RE: HPI Vorza vs. Traxxas E-Revo brushless vs. HPI Savage Flux?

not true. turning off the drag brake makes is pretty close on a brushless motor. Not to mention they do make clutches you can use with electrics.

I would get the savage for bashing out of...

RE: I'm having a dilema or something like that ???

I would much rather have a brushless muggy than a emaxx.

i just did a 1/8 buggy conversion for 300 including batteries, charger and some other stuff. i bet you could easily convert the muggy...

RE: Un-glue tires

boil them in water for 15 minutes or so, or put them in the oven. you still need to be careful removing them since you can still tear the tire. you might also need new foams

The savage is good, its bigger than a revo, but not by as much as you might think.

The hellfire is not worth...
