An XOAR 18x8 is a much better prop and you will be pleased that you spent the few extra $ they are very high quality props .

Ye the RCGF 26cc engine
after the first 3 or 4 tanks of gas run threw it I changed over to an XOAR 18x8

I am using an XOAR 18x8 Beach prop and am getting very good results at 7100-7300 RPM with lots of thrust and a very good transition

Hello
I use a nimh 4.8 4 cell 2300 mah pack and that works just great . lots of spark and the engine gets full power with no problems at all and also gives me a full day of flying .

I was using an XOAR 16x8 and was getting 8100 rpm and also tried an XOAR 18x8 and got 7100 rpm and then tried a cheaper Turnigy 16x8 and got 9300 rpm so I guess the best is the XOAR 18x8 lower rpm...

I would check my ignition Battery first thing and then if no change try a new cm-6 plug and then go with what Ropomond has suggested .
