I stopped using brake a long time ago... saved me from damaging many props at landings.

I built a pack of these A123 cells to try out in a car.
They are without doubt great cells and sometimes in special/right applications a better choice then LiPo.
Personally - I wouldn't use them...

1/ Correct, the value should be rounded up, it is calculated from their maximum voltage...

That tester, if you are talking about an instrument that can measure Voltage, is all you need.

Purpose would be to read voltage under load = no risk involving current going...
