Thanks saleens, i actually was able to face the motor a few degrees to the left, dont know how many degrees, but it actually helped. That and a little trim to the rudder. Now i've read some posts...

I also think my electric swamp buggy is faster. (I know, late post)hehe. But that is a nice boat, yours looks so much smoother than mine. How did you get that finish?
