I run 16% nitro using O.S.#8, I have been for a couple of years in all 3 of my nitros. 20% should be fine with
an O.S.#8, maybe even 25%.

Guys at the track running .21 high performance...

Take the glow plug out and check that it glows orange-yellow when you apply the glow starter.
Put back in

Next remove fuel hose from the exhaust end and blow into it. you will see nitro fuel...

Definately running lean, that's why the top of the conrod broke. If over-reving, usually the bottom of the conrod breaks.
Not neccessarily your fault though, could just be an old engine ready to...

Are you still running it in? Could just be too tight still.
Look into carby. Shoud only be open 1mm. Adjust to 1mm then retune.

Make sure that 1mm opening doesn't close up when you hit the...
