Not true, small claims courts do not rule on such matters and can only make monetary judgments.

You must admit you keep trying to "spin" it that way.

Sorry but he went to court three times on this and got nothing, I can see how Jimmy thinks he lost three times. The first judge didn't know what he was doing and it doesn't validate everything else...
