I don't know...I've not had that problem, but that's not to say that there isn't anything to it. I built these pretty thick (3oz woven, 6oz woven, 11oz mat, 17oz nytex)...hopefully I won't...

You're out of my realm of semi-expertise. I've never heard of trying to use Urethane to make a composite mold before. Typically, you coat the plug in gelcoat and then start building the mold's...
