make sure your maxx is perfetly level and not moving. sometimes it will stick in one gear and you will have to switch it back and forth til it goes. My first t-maxx did this and that's what I had to...

Here is another idea you could try. I might try this when I get some more money. I thought about using a nitro rustler tranny and setting it up so that both output shafts would spin the same...

I do not know It is just ideas and maybe somebody could incorporate something if it could or would work. anyway does anybody know the company that made the three speed or the rock crawling type...

These are just ideas right now. I figured maybe when I get more money I will build a nitro crawler. Here is another thought for realism. The axle assemblies from the Kyosho madforce or nitro version...

Here is an idea I came up with after reading all ur post. Make a clutch setup like an automobile only set it up to work in relation to throttle response. U would need a servo for the clutch, but...
