Hey here is one more that really shows the shape of the cowl as well as the fuse back where the bulge starts. I think this is the same plane as you have in your post above.

duber3, sorry I missed your comment on having had flutter also. Guess moving the horns to the outside would be a good option depending on whether or not you hid all of the other controls to keep it...

A 50 does a very nice job, mine has an old DA 50 and weighs 31 lbs., it does very well even on a 3 blade prop.
