Wanted - Plan for 10 Rater "Spook" by Vic Smeed

Hi All

Trying to find a set of plans for "Spook" Model Boats plan MM1297. It's a hard chine 10R circa 1980's.
Not showing up on Model Boats X list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

That what I hope. The plane calls for a 120 4 stroke. A 26cc gasser is plenty. The lightest builds Ive seen are around 9lbs. So if I keep things light & try and stay under 12lbs.

I pulled it down today, serial prefixes start with 28, which suggests its a 28cc. The exhaust is spring mounted too.
Is it worth converting ?????

Yes the 19 does refer to the cut from the info I have. I have scoured the net looking for info on the engine with no luck. I suspect its a 31-33 Ryobi, but want to make sure.

I just scored a "Weed Eater GTI 19T" for free. Serial No. 94293N01404
I has the carb and exh at rear Ryobi style.
Carb is 11mm Walbro 2 needle.
Any idea of cc and it worthiness for conversion....

Sounds like the Ultimate is the way to go for you TJ.
I would look at the World Models many versions too. The Seagull is a bit heavy!

If you want a bipe for 3D then the Ultimate is abetter bet, but not as pretty to look at as a Pitts. Ive seen video of the yellow ASM pitts flying here in Aus. with an OS160FX in it. looks well...

Cant find any info from the manufacturer on this.
AUW seems to range from 10-13lbs depending on engine choice.
The two engines you suggest will be fine, the OS120FS is ASM's recommended...
