Dive-in at the Lido returns. Sunday 6th November 2011

The Dive-in returns! First of all many thanks to those who came along
last week to Dive-in to Dusk at St Albans. We will not be returning
there until 2012, but we now have an even bigger puddle...

You will be pleased to hear upon visiting St Albans Sub Aqua Club tonight, I found the pool filled to the brim and gin clear- perfect.

Dive-in to Summer 2010

Submerge at St Albans. Date for the event is Sunday June 13th 2010 10am-4pm. Cheap bar, a nice sunny aspect with a 100ftx60ft pool of crystal clear water, and free on-site parking.

If you're looking at building an Akula at the size you mention, then you won't be looking at 20cm pipe, much too large.

Cheap ballast tank?

Use a plastic coca-cola or some other kind of fizzy drink bottle. Mount a pipe in the cap, and you're done.

A 500ml bottle will give you lots of freeboard.
