I agree, I'd go for the 3pks. At the track I go to there are several people that have the dx3r, I tested it and would never sell my 3pks for one of those...

Have you checked if the BEC works, or since it's an old hornet it might just need a battery pack for the RX (4 AA batteries)

Go for a Tekin RX8, you won't be dissapointed and it is smoother than the MMM.
And if you combine it with a T8 motor it's even better. It will be as powerfull as your Neu and run cooler.
