The fadec runs with parameters " learned" from previous runnings, and correct them slowly in real time with actual data, so, if there have been major changes, ( pump, pipes, fuel.....

I have used diesel in my VT-80 and M-90 with no issues, ( except white smoke after shut down)
Try to accelerate and decelerate point to point twice, to abble the fadec to learn the new situation,...
