Yes, for LiPo it will need a balancer. They do one for it by the same company.

Hopefully the charger will be fine - it covers a big range of batteries, gives me the option...

Will purchase 2 0f those batteries and look to invest in a quality charger that will serve me for today and tomorrow (Nim/Lipo).

I hear talk about taping the wings up with packaging tape - why? Is this for strength and is it just the leading edges and end tips?
