2fast that is where everybody's TVP's are bending
it didn't mess up the mesh...it's just HPI's pinion isn't the greatest

Are you running on pavement?
If you are then I can definately see that happening with the awesome power available

I am well over pack #60 and have not broken anything on my flux
I have wore out 2 pinions, and the top drive gear in the transmission
of course I am running mine on 4 cell...

My 9 polyquest packs have well over 300 charges on them and they pull 100 amp duty in my 150 mph DF F-16

something is wrong....They should have held for longer than that ....I have over 50 packs thru mine with zero breakage....but mine is a track run only truck and only on dirt...no asphalt

Let's answer a couple of your questions
we will start with the rubber hold downs........they WILL not hold. I had mine installed just like yours and sure enough they popped. I use velcro...

The mesh is not too tight. You are just feeling the "cogs" of the motor. the magnets are so strong the motor does not spin freely like you are thinking.

no break in neccesary for the motor
as for the lipos some say you need to for the first 5 charges and some say you don't
I just take it easy on mine and don't really hammer them hard for...

The batteries don't care if they are charged at 2.5 amps or 6 amps...just will take longer to charge. On another note you should grab yourself a lipo balancer also. keeps the cells balanced....

yes I have been using softcell batteries in my truck since I bought it....just make sure there is foam securing the battery and especially on the top...you want to keep shaking and...

I see...yes the power supply gets it's power from the wallplug
Lipo's are easy....just charge according to cell count and amp rate is done by looking at capacity of the battery

The chargers you are looking at are DC only.......hence why you can't just plug them in the wall...that is why you need a power supply
If you just want to plug your chargers in the wall...

The great planes poly-4 does 4 lipos at once
not bad either at 3.5 amps
takes about an hour to charge my 4200's
and it's 80 bucks
