RE: Upgrading to T-Rex 450SA

Just a heads up, the motor from the Blade 400 doesn't work because the shaft isn't long enough.

RE: New Trex 450 SA - servos and stability issue

Yeah, I watched Finless' videos and saw that you could swap pitch/aileron. Just the naming kinda threw me.

Well, the heli seems a little more stable now, or I'm just getting...

RE: New Trex 450 SA - servos and stability issue

So, I'm I correct when I say that if I lower the pitch percentage in swash mix, it will take a higher throttle stick position to get the heli off the ground?

Another thing I'm trying to...

RE: New Trex 450 SA - servos and stability issue

I'm not flying in idle up yet. Maybe I should lower my pitch on my swash mix so that I only have greater pitch at higher throttle (?)

New Trex 450 SA - servos and stability issue

RE: Upgrading to T-Rex 450SA

Well, the blade 400 has only a 10 tooth pinion.

I purchased a 3.17mm 12 tooth pinion (Align) but the inner diameter if the pinion is too large for the blade 400 motor's shaft....

I'm also...
